"Before the programme I was feeling very lost about my relationship with food and weight loss. I was really stuck in an all or nothing mentality thinking I needed to restrict foods, especially carbs and sugar, to lose weight and then binging when I was hungry. I would get stuck in that cycle. Paired with emotional eating and overeating, it was feeling out of control. I thought I knew what I needed to do but didn’t have the accountability or motivation to change. I was feeling very low and didn’t enjoy food anymore.
Since joining, I have lost over 20kg and 29 inches, which I am so happy about!! This has come with a lot of physical changes and increased my confidence so much.
